Frederick Boncher
The primary focus of Fred’s practice is litigation. In particular, he has extensive experience in personal injury, wrongful death, construction law, sales commission cases and business litigation.
As one of the founding members of the firm, Fred graduated from the University of Michigan with distinction in 1969. His education at the University of Michigan Law School was interrupted when he was called to serve in the United States Army in 1970. After his discharge in 1972, he returned to law school at the University of Michigan and received his law degree in 1973.
Fred is a resident of Caledonia, Michigan, and has served his community over the years as a member of the Caledonia School Board, Holy Family Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, for which he serves as legal counsel for the Michigan State Jurisdiction, the Center for Environmental Studies, Villa Maria School for Girls, Break-A-Leg Productions and numerous other charitable and community organizations.
